Orders

- ­I haven't received my order yet. When will I recieve it?

All orders are shipped as soon as possible after payment has been confirmed, usually either the same day or up to a maximum of 2 work days. Some brands are not always in stock and might need to be produced for you upon request. Can I change my order? 

If your order hasn't been shipped we will be happy to make any changes. If you want a different product, you will need to cancel your current order and make a new one in our online store. In the case your item has already been payed for and shipped, it is no longer in our hands and you will need to exchange the item as soon as you receive it.

 

 

 

Exchanges

- I have received a wrong or defective product. What can I do? 

We all make mistakes. If the product you recieved is defective or is not the item you purchased, send us an email as soon as possible at cindybang.comandes@gmail.comwith the "ERROR" followed by your order number in the subject line. Describe what happened and we will contact you with information about how to preceed. Keep in mind we don't accept products that have been used or are returned in poor condition.

I received my order but it's not my size. What can I do? 

Don't worry we can exchange it for you! We just want our clothes to make you feel great. Before sending us anything by mail, send an email to cindybangs.comandes@gmail.com with "CAMBIO/EXCHANGE" and your order number in the subject line. Include the size you would like to exchange it for. Keep in mind that you only have 7 days to decide! After one week we will be unable to make the exchange.

I received my order but I've decided that I don't really want it. What can I do? 

As long as the product is returned in the same condition in which you received it we will happily exchange it for a different product or give you credit for the value of the item. If it has been used or damaged we will not be able to exchange it. Write an email to cindybangs.comandes@gmail.com with the word "CAMBIO/EXCHANGE" followed by your order number in the subject line. ­

 

How will I know if Cindy Bangs has recieved my package? 

All exchanges and returns are processed within 7 work days. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as it has been processed.

 

 

Returns

- I want to return an item, what do I do? 

We do not accept returns and we do not place partial or total money refunds.  You can exchange your purchase for any other item in our shop or ask for a voucher for the same amount of money that you will be able to use on-line or in our brick and mortar shop whenever you want whitin the following year.

- ­ Is there a store that I can visit?

Yes! We are at C/Milans 7  in Ciutat Vella neighborhood - Barcelona. Only a 3 minutes walk from the Rambla, Plaza Reial, and Plaza Sant Jaume!

We are open from 11am to 9pm, Monday to Saturday.You will find all of our Cindy Bangs Clothing products as well as small series of unique items that we don't put on the website. You can also come and talk to us about one of a kind orders. Where and how are Cindy Bangs Clothing products made?

 

Our shop/studio is in downtown Barcelona. We are in charge of the whole production process. We design our own collections and everything, from the fabrics to the trimmings, from the seamstresses to the models, are from our city.
