· Cindy Bangs Clothing: As we design and produce all items in Barcelona, some items are produced on demand. If an item is in stock, it can be shipped within a maximum of 2 days. If an item is not in stock it can take between few days up to 2 weeks to send the item (plus shipping) if we need to fabricate it for you.

 

· Pestaña a Topos: always on demand. Usually ships after 2 to 4 weeks (plus shipping). Make sure your size is correct as all items are made to order and can not be returned or exchanged. If you have any questions, contact us at cindybangs.comandes@gmail.com.

 

· Strike Originals: If an item is in stock, it can be shipped within a maximum of 2 days. If an item is not in stock, it can take between few days up to 2 weeks plus shipping. 

 

· Veli Clothing: If an item is in stock, it can be shipped within a maximum of 2 days. If an item is not in stock, i t can take between 1 and 5 weeks plus shipping.·

 

· Sweetandsour Axessories, Sabons Luanda, Adriana Tous Orfebre: The majority of the items are kept in stock but some are produced on demand. It the item is in stock, it will be sent within a maximum of 2 days. If the item is not in stock it can take between 1 and 3 weeks to send the item (plus shipping).

Orders and payment

•All orders on cindybangs.com can be paid for comfortably and safely via credit card. When you pay by credit card, your data is transferred to a third party, secure server. To pay via Paypal, we only receive a payment notification with the contact details and shipping address of the buyer. No credit card number is registered or stored by cindybangs.com or out Paypal account.

 

· We do not accept payments by check.

 

· We acept payments via Paypal.

 

· For bank transfers or direct deposits, please contact us atcindybangs.comandes@gmail.com. To correct or change your contact details or shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours so that we can make the change . Once an order has been shipped we will be unable to make any changes. Once your order has been shipped, shipping time usually takes from between 1 and 3 work days. Sometimes, for reasons that are beyond our control, shipping time can be longer but in our experience this is rare.

 

· We at Cindy Bangs work from Monday to Saturday. Spanish Mail is open Monday to Friday.



 

 

International Shipping

•International orders can be subject to customs fees and taxes imposed by the governments of somecountries which will be the responsibility of thecustomer.

 

· If the customer refuses an international shipment they will still be responsible for all return shipping costsand any customs fees or taxes.

 

· International shipments usually take between 3 and 10 work days. However, sometimes due to reasonsout of our control, shipping can take as long as 3 weeks. If you order is an international order and shipment has been confirmed but your order has stilll not arrived after 28 days, please contact us at cindybangs.comandes@gmail.com

 

 

 

Returns and exchanges



· We do not accept returns. You can exchange an item for another or receive store credit for the value of the item which must be used within a period of one year.

 

· We do not accept returns or exchanges for any footwear by Pestaña a Topos as these are items made on request. Before completing your order, make sure that the size is correct. If you have any doubts, contact us at cindybangs.comandes@gmail.com.

 

· You can exchange items for another within 7 days from when you receive your shipment. Send us an email within 7 days to cindybangs.comandes@gmail.com.

 

· We do not accept exchanges for items that have been used or damaged. We understand that you will need to try on your item but we do not accept items that have been obviously worn or are damaged (have stains, odors ect.).

 

· Exchanges are only processed after prior approval.

 

 

 

Shipping to Cindy


· Remember that for your security, all returned items should be sent with insurance and a tracking number to guard against possible incidences as Cindy Bangs is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

 

· Cindy Bangs is not responsible for shipping costs of returns or credits. Save all receipts (for shipping costs, insurance, returns, ect) as they may be neccesary if the item is lost or damages in its return trip to us.

 

· All returns should be prepaid.

 

· Please clearly specify what item you are returning or, in the case of exchanges, for what item you want to exchange it for.
